no place to call home...yet

the house below did not work out. we are qualified for a very low interest rate over 30 years. the requirements of the loan include fixing everything found by a mandatory inspection to be completed. basically, the seller refused to fix what was found on the inspection. this is the second time so basically we have spent $630 over the past 6 weeks on two inspections (for two separate houses) and nothing has worked out. so, we are back to "square one" as they say. we will let you know what happens. please pray for us to find some sort of housing option as we need to move out of our current place by about mid-July. thanks!
