our offer has been accepted! we'll have an inspection next tuesday and if all goes well there...we hope to close on may 31st.

We are signing on an offer today for this 960 sq. ft., 3 br, 1 bath home. This is our 3rd try at getting a home as we bid on a hud home and were outbid by 11,000, then we bid and accepted a counter on another home but the seller was unwilling to do some work that needed to get done. We're hoping this works out and would appreciate your prayers.

Nate's buddy and a Big Fish!

Nate and his buddy, Nathan, hanging out in Soldotna on the carving of Les and his famous catch of a king salmon weighing in at approx. 96lbs.!! The fish was caught in the Kenai River which runs right through town and is a major draw during the summer for fisherman from all over the world!

In the fish's mouth, you can see "Cinnamon Pumpkin Spice", our visitor and world traveling stuffed dog, from Saranac, MI (from Sarah Madvig). "CPS" as we call him was sent to us and has already been to Guatemala, Nicaragua, Pennsylvania, and we will send him off to Sweden. What a cool class project.
